Could the Cabinet Member expand on his answer given at full council on Tuesday 28th September as below:

1. What is the timeline to removing the extreme fly-tipping at the “Road to nowhere”?
2. To avoid me referring to this location as above in future; what is the name or correct reference that should be used for this highways adopted road?

Councillor Jeavons responded:

As previously announced a contract for the removal of waste was awarded in September. We will not be discussing specific dates of operational activities due to a number of ongoing investigations.
