I thank the Cabinet Member for the reply to my question with regard to affordable housing but you failed to answer my question.

Here it is again; will you lead a real affordable home building revolution in Wales, form a local housing company (LHC) and start building the council homes our people so desperately need?

Put simply, will you look at forming a LHC in Newport?
