To resolve to exclude the public from the meeting during the consideration of this item of business because in view of the nature of the business to be discussed, the presence of the public would result in a disclosure of exempt information as defined in section 100I and paragraph 18 of part 4 of schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, namely information relating to any action taken or to be taken in connection with the prevention, investigation or prosecution of crime.
