Councillor Howells informed Committee that he had spoken with both parties connected to application E22/0147 and also the Planning Officer but declared that he had an open mind and no predisposition and so would take part in the vote

Resolved

That the minutes of the meeting held on 6 July 2022 be taken as read and confirmed,

(1) That decisions be recorded as shown on the Planning Applications Schedule attached as an Appendix A

(2) That the Development Services Manager be authorised to draft any amendments

to/additional conditions or reasons for refusal in respect of the Planning Applications
