Resolved

That the minutes of the meeting held on 03 July 2019 be taken as read and confirmed, subject to the following amendments

Cllr David Fouweather was not present at July’s committee but gave apologies.

Cllr Richard White left the Council Chamber for the application 19/0350 and returned once the decision was taken.

Cllr Richard White is a Governor at Bassaleg School and not the Chair of Governors.

Resolved

(1) That decisions be recorded as shown on the Planning Applications Schedule attached as an Appendix A

(2) That the Development Services Manager be authorised to draft any amendment to/additional conditions or reasons for refusal in respect of the Planning Applications Schedule, attached.

Members’ attention was drawn to the Appeals Report, for information.
